Plain Flour 中筋麵粉 : 350g/克
Cornflour 粟粉: 50g/克
Milk 牛奶 : 210g/克
Egg White 蛋白:1 piece/隻(40g/克)
Yeast 酵母:6g/克
Baking Powder 泡打粉:8g/克
Sugar 糖 : 60g/克
*Using Cake Flour is better than Plain Flour
*若有低筋麵粉,用來取代中筋麵粉會更好
