Ingredients:
198 grams pumpkin
100 grams (2 large eggs)
200 grams (1 cup) white granulated sugar
67 grams (¼ cup + 1½ Tbsps) vegetable oil
188 grams (1⅓ cup) all-purpose flour
3 grams (½ teaspoon) salt
6 grams (1½ teaspoon) baking powder
2 grams (½ teaspoon) cinnamon powder
Topping Ingredients:
45 grams (⅓ cup) walnuts
12 grams (1 tablespoon) white granulated sugar
2 grams (½ teaspoon) cinnamon powder
