南瓜甜薯炆排骨
材料:
中型南瓜 1個
甜薯 1個
排骨 300克
蒜頭 2瓣
醃料:
淘大金標生抽 2湯匙
糖 1湯匙
水 2茶匙
油 3茶匙
生粉 2茶匙
調味料:
淘大金標生抽 2湯匙
淘大極醇蠔油 1湯匙
紹興酒1湯匙
糖 2茶匙
水 100毫升
做法
1. 排骨用醃料醃30分鐘
2. 南瓜去籽,切件;甜薯切粒
3. 中火爆香蒜頭,下排骨拌炒約3-4分鐘
4. 下南瓜、甜薯及調味料,中小火炆10分鐘至收汁,完成
Braised Ribs with Pumpkin & Sweet Potato
Ingredients:
Medium pumpkin 1pc
Sweet potato 1pc
Pork ribs 300 g
Garlic 2 petals
Marinade:
Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 2 tsp
Oil 3 tsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
Seasoning:
Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Amoy Genuine Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Water 100 ml
Method
1. Marinade the ribs for 30 minutes.
2. Remove the pumpkin seeds, and cut the pumpkin into pieces; Cut the sweet potato into pieces.
3. Stir-fry the garlic under medium heat. Add in the ribs and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add in the pumpkin, sweet potatoes and seasoning, cook under low to medium heat for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens, and the dish is ready.
