Life will never be the same again as it was in the 90s. I know every generation thinks theirs was the best but being a teenager and the right age for the rave scene really was special. There is nothing like it now and wont be again. I met some crazy people in fields amd clubs all over the country. Ended up back strange peoples houses chatting shit until the sun came up. I lost a few brain cells along the way but pretty much still in one piece and would go back there in a heartbeat and do it all again if I could.

Today’s generation will think chatting shit means just sat there talking about all sorts until the sun came up what they don’t know is it means 2 or more people locked into a conversation straight out of an asylum, real crazy shit that made no sense at all then all ov a sudden you would snap out of it and be like what the fuck where we just talking about! I've got to be honest I'm not sure there is a more euphoric & uplifting song/video pairing out there. Dancing, fireworks and limos, just having an unapologetically good time. I was just a kid in the mid 90's too young for the rave scene, still I could not have asked for a happier, more innocent and naively optimistic decade in which to grow up. If like me you sometimes feel like despairing in 2020 with the way the world is heading with the polarized politics and Covid, please don't. We will find a way back to the carefree times this song celebrates. We have been there before, we will get there again.

I'm a bit sick of this era to be honest, what with the raging climate change madness that is a constant headache, the terrible invasion of Ukraine by that criminal Putin, the ludicrous cost of living crisis with inflation at 46,000% and energy bills at £64 million per week, a two year recession on the way that will shaft everyone's finances, and to escape it all I think of simpler times where life was generally better and rosier and more optimistic and this song captures that spirit of those wonderful days, the Zeitgeist, perfectly, wonderful

Nato/Us&allies aggressing/invading Iraq, Yugoslavia, Syria, Lybia, Yemen, Afghanistan... did not bother you? The fake pretext on alleged non-existent wmd that Nato used to attack Iraw did not bother you? What are Us soldiers still doing on syrian oil fields, planting flowers? Maybe it has a lot to do with your previously low oil prices? Only now when it comes to Nato satellite Ukraine you remembered the word invasion? War in Donbas has not started in 2022. It started in 2014. Then Nato organized Maidan colored street revolution to remove from power legitimate ukrainian president elected on ukrainian elections because he was prorussian and to replace gim with pro-Nato ukrainian president. You did not care about 8 years of Kyev authoruties fighting ethnic russians in Donbas and shelling residential areas of Donetsk? Or you simply did not know? You complain about inflation and bills? Meanwhile russian and ukrainian mothers lose sons so that Nato can wage proxy war againts Russia using ukrainian sons as cannon fodder. Meanwhile, Nato sends more and more weapons instead pressuring Kyev to negotiate. Moscow every day says they want to negotiate, Kyev&Nato do not want it. Ask about inflation and coming huge recession your Nato bosses. After all, most probably one Nato "ally" recently destroyed North Stream pipelines of another Nato "ally" to sell its own Lng. Not to mentiom that frau Merkel just recebtly said for Zeit that Minsk agreement that would bring peace to Ukraine between Nato&Ukraine on one side and Russia on another side was never considered to be implemented by Nato and its puppet Ukraine but nust to prepare for war with Russia. Btw, do you knlw what the very word Ukraina means in all slavic languages?

mat ballard I was a teenager then (40 now 😊). Of course, I am partial to the 90's, but the music gave us hope and made us feel alive.

This would always be playing at car cruises. Escorts, Novas, 205s, Sierras. What a time to be alive.

You had to be young and free to truly understand the 90's rave scene. Unbeatable times.

love the music, love the video, I used to play the long version very often when it was freshly out. Remains a great song still today.

Nothing like pulling a bird on the dancefloor of Mansfield Limos and this coming on. They used to give out free whistles as you went in
