For Garlic Pulao:

For Palak Paneer Pulao:

For Tawa Pulao:
Butter(बटर)
Ghee(घी)

Pav Bhaji Masala(पाव भाजी मसाला)

For Salsa:
Onion(प्याज)

For Mexican Rice:
Oil(तेल)
Butter(बटर)
Garlic(लहसुन)
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
Salt(नमक)
Chilli Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स)
Oregano(ओरिगेनो)
Tomato Ketchup(टोमेटो केचप)
Red Chilli Sauce(रेड चिली सॉस)
Salsa(सालसा)
Rajma(राजमा)
Sweet Corn(स्वीट कॉर्न)
Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च)
Rice(चावल)
Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
RECIPE:
For Rice, take some Rice and soak it for half an hour. Keep some water for boiling and put soaked Rice, some Salt. Cook the rice 80% by covering it and Drain out its water.
For Raita, take some Curd and filter it with the strainer. Put some Powdered Sugar, Black Salt, Plane Salt, nicely chopped Ginger & Green Chilli, Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, soaked Boondi. Mix all well and garnish with Coriander Leaves.
1. For Garlic Peas Pulao, keep the pan on the flame, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, nicely chopped Tomato, Ginger & Green Chilli, some Salt and cook them. Then put Peas, chopped Green Garlic, Salt to taste, soaked Rice, some Water. Cover it half and cook it well on a slow flame. Serve the tasty Garlic Pulao and enjoy.
2. For Palak Paneer Pulao, in a pan, put some Oil, some cubes of Paneer, Cashew Nuts & roast them. Then put Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder & some Chat Masala. Mix it well and take it out in a bowl. Keep the cooker on the flame, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, nicely chopped Tomato, Ginger & Green Chilli, cook it by covering it half. Then put Red Chili Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Salt, Spinach, Rice, Water, Lemon Juice. Give it 1 whistle, and release its pressure. Garnish with some Paneer, Cashew & serve it with Raita.
3. Tawa Pulao, keep the Tawa for heating, put some Butter, some Ghee, Cumin Seeds, finely chopped Onion, Ginger, Green Chilli, Capsicum, Peas, Tomato & Salt. Cover it and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Then put boiled veggies like Cauliflower, Potato & Carrot, some Green Garlic, Pao Bhaji Masala, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder & Lemon Juice. Put some Butter, cover it and cook it again. Then put cooked Rice and mix it well, Garnish it with Coriander Leaves. Serve it with Lemon Slice.
For Salsa, in a mixer jar, put Onion, Tomato, Green Chilli, Ginger, Coriander Leaves & some Lemon Juice. Grind it coarsely and take it out in a bowl.
4. For Mexican Rice, keep the pan on the flame, put Oil, Butter, nicely chopped Garlic, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Salt to taste, Chilli Flakes, Oregano and mix it well. Put Tomato Ketchup, Red Chilli Sauce, some Salt, some Salsa and cook it well. Then put boiled Rajma, Sweet Corn, Capsicum, Boiled Rice & mix it well and cook it for 2 minutes. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and serve it hot.
