Naan (Indian Bread)
250 g flour
3/4 cup yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Add the all ingredients to a bowl at the same time, knead well and leave to rest for at least half an hour. Divide into pieces and rolled out with a rolling pin. Cook upside down on the stove. In a saucepan melt two spoons of butter , cook it over low heat with 3-4 crushed cloves of chopped garlic, add chopped parsley . Apply on the naans.
