Ingredients for Nacreala (6 liters), or potato soup dressed with whey and sour cream:
50-60 gr of sunflower oil;
2 medium onions;
100-150 gr carrots;
100-150 gr parsley root;
100-150 gr celery root;
150-200 gr green beans;
2 bunches of green onions;
1 bunch of red Swiss chard;
1 bunch of dill;
1 bunch of parsley;
1 bunch of lovage;
1/2 teaspoon of pepper or to taste;
2 teaspoons of salt or to taste;
1 red bell pepper or kapia pepper;
500-600 gr potatoes;
250-300 gr tomatoes;
2 liters of water;
2 liters of cow or sheep whey;
For the sour cream dressing:
200 gr heavy cream;
2 eggs;
1/2 teaspoon of salt;
