John Overthinker watch videos of Guthrie improving over backing tracks or his waves video at g4 I believe. The guy is the best guitarist ever imo. He has feel and can play everything, his chops are second too none.

Dude is straight kill'n ! Just the right amount of tension on his melodic lines, flawless technique and speed and yet still maintains taste(He doesn't sound like he's doing exercises) well schooled but with a street players rawness and edge! Wow !

Fabulous. I don't listen to much instrumental guitar music these days, but I have all 4 of Nick's albums and they get plenty of playing. The man has it all, great tone, great chops, and great musicality.

His phrasing is superb. Great player. Nothing against people like Joe Bonamassa or any of the Blues Rock guys, but they can't touch people like Nick. The skills are on a whole different level.

Little trouble with noise gate there? Seemed his notes cut off if his vol was a bit too low. He has some Brett Garsed going on and Malmsteen and Greg Howe. Great raw tone witch that overdrive kicked in. So metallic and clear with no fuzz.

Hi Nick, It never fails to amaze me, how brilliant your chord-changes are. They cary your melodies so wells and gives me goosebumps - which doesn't happen very often. That TONE you got there, has to be one of the best start-tones I've ever heard. It's punchy, airy (is that a word?) and so emotional. Wow! Is it possible to get this set of pickups for a telecaster?
