SPARRING

You can't just be turning up to the gym and then your coach makes the drills and session up as he goes. It needs structure so you can trace development and notice weaknesses.
ROADWORK
Yes of roadwork and outdoor training. Running outside I believe you have to understand your body and not overdo it because running on the pavement and grass can cause injury because of the reaction forces and un even ground. So there's a consideration you must be aware of.

GYM ROUTINE
So guys everyone is learning how to jab and everyone is learning, slips pivots, etc. Technique will differ here and there But do you learn it in a structured way that helps you retain the technique and is the period over which it is revisited lengthy enough to aid your mastery of the technique.
Also when I prompted you to question whether your training was structured, this refers more to the coaching. So what I am asking is whether your coach has put together a syllabus for your training or does your coach turn up to sessions and simply improvises the session.
