Because after beating their top stars he didn't sign with any of them.

This is not chinese wrestling this is japanese wrestling. Takada is japanese wrestler back then he create UWF alongside Akira Maeda and Minoru Suzuki. After UWF was defunct Takada and Maeda creates another UWF called "UWF Newborn". But it was no longer again. After that they separete own ways to create their own wrestling promotions Takada made UWFi, Maeda - Fighting Network Rings and Minoru Suzuki ,and Matsakatzu Funaki creates Hybrid Wrestling Pancrase. So this match was held in Japan also. This was Husle promotion formed by Nobuhiko Takada after his Pride and Kingdom promotions was over. You need more practice about knowing more about japanese wrestling and MMA.
