Wild conditions provided a spectacle of powerful moments from the Challenger Series elite at Narrabeen for both the men and women to set up all-important Round of 16 draws. The dominant lefthanders took on mutant sections that dealt heavy slams or glory with Eli Hanneman, Sally Fitzgibbons, Levi Slawson, Erin Brooks, Taro Watanabe, Dimitri Poulos and many more dishing out their best. Now, head-to-head bouts await with stacked fields looking to push their campaigns toward CT qualification into a Finals Day showing in Northern Sydney and conditions look to be their best to conclude the second stop of 2024.
The Challenger Series’ second stop is Narrabeen, one of Sydney’s premier breaks and one of the proudest surf communities on the continent. Renowned for producing long, reeling lefts as well as notable Championship Tour competitors, the wave will test relegated CT surfers and up-and-coming talents alike as they battle to make the tour.
