Agree about the potholes. Especially in early 2022. Literally crippling cars for like 3 months. The merges and splits on the interstates are probably the worst I've ever seen. Driving feels like real life Mario Kart.

Question so I'm moving to Nashville ( at somepoint or like outside) a couple questions 1. How much do houses near/ outside of Nashville cost 2. Where would you recommend me live that's a closest to Nashville but not near that traffic road you mentioned 3. You mentioned about tips but I'm moving to Nashville as an upcoming country artists if I go to a honky tonk I can just play my music right or do I have to play others

1.) The Nashville housing market from what I know is a bit inflated right now. If you are looking to buy, they can be pretty expensive in my opinion. Of course, if you are coming from California, for example, you might think it's cheap. I have not been looking to buy a house myself so I am not an expert on that. However when it comes to rent for a house, that also depends what size you are looking for. 2 bedrooms tend to range around $1200-$1600 to rent, but you can find some good deals from time to time 2.) Donelson or Hermitage. From there you can take a road called Lebanon pike which runs parallel to the interstate and is a direct shot into downtown. Traffic is not excessive on that road. If you search Lebanon pike you will see what I mean. East Nashville is a decent option but can still have a lot of traffic. Nothing like the interstate though. but if you are heading to downtown you shouldn't have to get on the interstate from east. Further out north of Nashville is Hendersonville. Hendersonville is a decent option. I'm not sure how bad the traffic is from up there, but you won't hit that big traffic jam where I40 and I24 meet 3.) If you are going to play on broadway at the bars, it's mostly cover music with an occasional original song thrown in their from time to time if the venue lets you. For original music, Broadway is not the place to go. That's only where you go to make money, not be an original artist

@andrewlindseylifestyle

@@TheOfficialNateSperber What genre do you do? The Cobra and basement east are two venues that do original music in east. The end does original music, but i’m not sure if they do country. Exit in does too but i think you need to have a little bit of an audience because that’s a little larger venue. The country does original music sometimes i think, but i know they do country music. the local i think does original music. Tbh I’m a little out of touch with the original music scene around here, but I know a lot of people. Send me a DM on my socials when you get to town and send me your music and I’ll see if I can help you out.
