Less than a minute in and Brian is already killing it… spinning in his chair, the cheerfulness in his voice announcing Nate AND Laura are gone, and slamming down the pic of his own family. This is why I’m a Brian fan.

Its allll coming together. When Dusty said, " When I was a kid, I put bugs in the microwave" that foreshadowed Dusty whole life of being a pesticides salesman and anti-microwave in one statement. I want to imagine that in Dustys pesticide training, he suggests a microwave ray gun to kill the bugs and being asked to leave. Haha keep up the good work boys!

Dusty’s comments on divorce really were disappointing to hear. Everything we say in our lives that are heard by people have the potential to influence another. This is especially true for famous people ( really anyone with a following on the internet). Everyone is entitled to believe what they want, but i would encourage you to consider the weight of your words. You may think no one listens or cares about one little thing you say, but our words can be more powerful than we realize sometimes. Much love for Dusty - just worthy of some brotherly encouragement i thought

I just finished the last episode and when they were talking about Kellie Pickler it made me think of this. So, Kellie Pickler is from Albemarle, NC, I am from Norwood, NC and the high schools in those towns are rivals. There is a sign in the middle of downtown Albemarle that says "Home of Kellie Pickler." What's kind of crazy is there is a guy I played against in high school who is from there whose name is Denico Autry. If that name sounds at all familiar to the guys, it's because he is a starting defensive lineman for the Tennessee Titans. He's played in the NFL for almost a decade, including stints with the Raiders and Colts. He started for 3 years at Mississippi State and he has hosted youth camps in the off-season for kids in the area. To this day, there is still no kind of sign or anything recognizing him in the town anywhere. Is it not crazy that this guy has been arguably more successful in his field and yet he gets no recognition? Anyways, since he's a Titan I thought y'all would find that interesting but there should definitely be a petition made to get Nico added to the sign!

When I was kid growing up I had absolutely NO idea about any of the popular music (I'm 35 now so I grew up in the 90's early 2000's). For the first six years of my life I lived in three different trailer parks in Montana. The very first song I can ever remember hearing when I was probably four years old was "Who do You Love" by George Thoroughgood. My dad would play George Throrughgood for my younger brother and me when he was watching us and my mom was gone. I grew up with the Marshall Tucker Band, Carole King, The Steve Miller Band, James Taylor, and Paul Overstreet. Your guys' references to all the different artists hit me with a good dose of nostalgia, and I absolutely loved getting to hear a more personal side from each one of you!!

My wife and I never celebrate Valentine's Day in the traditional way. We typically give each other a Valentine's high-five in the morning and say that we love each other. In the evening, we'll go to the greeting card aisle of a grocery store. Both of us will pick out a card, show it to each other while standing in the aisle, and say what we WOULD have written in the card had we bought it. Then we put it back on the shelf, buy some ice cream, and head home. Best Valentines Day tradition ever!

John Prine has two of my favorite lines that speak of love for another. One from earlier on in his career and another from his last album before he passed. “I’ve been brought down to zero, pulled out and put back together. Sat on the park bench, kissed the girl with the black hair and my head shouted down to my heart, “Better look out below.” “ I remember everything Things I can't forget The way you turned and smiled on me On the night that we first met And I remember every night Your ocean eyes of blue How I miss you in the morning light Like roses miss the dew.” I’ll take lyrics over melody any day of the week and among the innumerable losses from the pandemic, losing John Prime’s voice ranks near the top for me.

Me and my dad also watched a lot of Saturday westerns (Rawhide, Bonanza, Big Valley, High Chaparral etc). I too also suffer with singing v. hearing the breakdown of the word at church. I don't hate the worship I'm just not as into it as much as I am hearing the pastor. I do tap my foot and know many of the songs but I never sing. Plus I work in the AV booth putting content on the projector so not really the venue for singing.
