Easy energy bar recipe
Bonus recipe for my favorite protein bars.
Peanut paste. 250 grams.
Add 100-120 g almond flour in portions.
50 g sweetener syrup.
Mix everything well; you should get a moderately thick mixture.
120 g chocolate without sugar. 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
Cover with cling film and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
The result is a delicious and healthy dessert. I recommend to everyone.
