Hi Elise. I made it but it’s still liquid. After I liquified everything and blended it. And then cooled it down. It doesn’t have that fluffy consistency. Can I fix it ? Thanks!

I’m going to make this mask today, but I will substitute the kaolin clay with rhassoul clay and also use mafura butter in place of Shea butter. Thanks for the recipe!

Btms 50 it great in lotions and does include cetyl alcohol but it's an emulsifying wax with a blend of ingredients so it's not a direct replacement. You can definitely try it out to see how it affects the final texture of the mask 😊

That depends on your hair, you can follow up with a regular conditioner but i tend to alternative between mask and deep conditioners so that i don't do them in the same wash 🙂

Hey hun! I'd actually wouldn't recommend it as canned coconut milk tends to have other ingredients like stabilisers and preservatives already added, in addition to some solid matter which might affect the final formula. Using coconut water is probably an easier substitution 😊

Try using harder butters such as cocoa and kokum butter and not so much shea butter because it melts really fast during the summer months

Absolutely, it's a pre-shampoo treatment so you don't need to worry about buildup and several of the ingredients are great for maintaining a healthy scalp 😊
