I've been using the serum of reactivate from litlllextra for the past month and totally moved away from my old serum for the past two months. It's been great. I just apply it once daily with the spray pump included with the serum. It's really easy to apply, non greasy, and no scent. @INSOMNI_A Well it normally takes at least 4-6 months for a new hair treatment to really show its benefits so I wouldn't give up on what you're currently doing if you're cause is MPB the most important thing to do to prevent further hair loss is to block your DHT with something like finasteride or even look into natural DHT blockers if you want to stay the natural route I understand not wanting to take a medication long term but it's just 1 pill 3-5 times a week if you have side effects just stop same thing with minoxidil I understand not wanting to use it it took me years to get desperate enough to try it but it only takes a few minutes applying it each day its like brushing your teeth and if you can't stand it just stop you could also look into low level laser if you absolutely don't want to use medication

If you watched the video properly, you would've heard him say that he's already covered saw palmetto previously, and that this list is in addition to that. 3.18😉 Edit, in response to your second query, the natural DHT blockers are not nearly as strong as finasteride, hence you will experience minimal if any side effects taking the natural supps. For your third query, I would like to hear his response, from what I know, I'd say systemic is more effective than topical, but more potential side effects.

@@im_that_guy Abstract Peppermint (Mentha piperita) is a plant native to Europe and has been widely used as a carminative and gastric stimulant worldwide. This plant also has been used in cosmetic formulations as a fragrance component and skin conditioning agent. This study investigated the effect of peppermint oil on hair growth in C57BL/6 mice. The animals were randomized into 4 groups based on different topical applications: saline (SA), jojoba oil (JO), 3% minoxidil (MXD), and 3% peppermint oil (PEO). The hair growth effects of the 4-week topical applications were evaluated in terms of hair growth, histological analysis, enzymatic activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and gene expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), known bio-markers for the enhanced hair growth. Of the 4 experimental groups, PEO group showed the most prominent hair growth effects; a significant increase in dermal thickness, follicle number, and follicle depth. ALP activity and IGF-1 expression also significantly increased in PEO group. Body weight gain and food efficiency were not significantly different between groups. These results suggest that PEO induces a rapid anagen stage and could be used for a practical agent for hair growth without change of body weight gain and food efficiency. Just google ncbi peppermint oil vs minoxidil...note the study was done with mice

I’ve been using peppermint for 2 weeks now, already noticed a reduction in hair loss. On top of that, it feels so soothing resting on my head. It’s like an intense cooling sensation, makes me happy knowing that it’s also providing blood flow to the head. Use in conjunction with pumpkin seed and castor oil and it will work wonders

Hi everyone, i have a question that i want some advice on. I started taking finasteride and minoxidil about 4 months ago and noticed amazing results and a lot of regrowth. after the 4 months mark which is now, i have noticed when i shower or rub my hair a lot of hair falling out a lot more than normal or more than the first 3 months which was virtually none. is this normal or due to something changing in my lifestyle? the only difference i have made was i began to take creatine as i exercise daily.

Exactly the same thing is happening to me. I was taking finasteride and it worked very well but after 4 months the hair is flying like crazy, about 300-400 a day. Also, I started taking creatine. 2 weeks ago I changed from finasteride to dutasteride but so far I don't see any change.

I've read that your hair goes into a shedding faze after 3-6 months after using finestride and it should stop and get better after 2 weeks

@@Kingofkings955 Dutasteride helped. It stopped my hair loss completely. I recommend that you switch to dutasteride as soon as possible (it takes like 3 months to start working)
