I sometimes day dream if I was living at that time what it would be like. These days we live in now are very rushed and stressful of everyday life. We miss alot of the good things in life, we should never forget who we are and where we come from. Thank you and Bless you, Navajo Grandma. Sometimes we walk in beauty and it passes us by, because we walk with our eyes closed. 🪶 And time passes by so quickly.

I have an experience with a no feet spirit…it was related to healing from combat spiritual trauma from war, after a strong cleansing and fight with the jinn that attacked the combat veteran it appeared with a message of peace and it was over…never going to forget the “horns” are more like rabbit ears or something else like antennas either way no feet just white body tappers off into nothing, it was shocking to see for those in the room! I think it was closest thing to a protective spirit as ever experienced other than talking to creator! Thank you Grandma ❤

ps..the circular cliff has a spiritual place in history. The Neanderthal of Europe also used the circular cliff face for spiritual purposes according to the archaeological evidence and research available. Oddly, Places called Bethlehem or Bethel here in America are also built near such places. I had a dream of the one in Bethel Oklahoma and I am not quite sure why. I live near one that was used by the Osage and possibly Blackfeet as they have a cemetery near there. Hindi people also use a circular cliff face for their sacred fire as did the norse. Welsh also used the circular base of cliffs as well and references to it as a cauldron or vessel, basket.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Nine Mile Canyon is very special to my family. My parents took my brother, sister, and me there every year when we were kids. They taught us to be respectful of such a sacred place. Back then the roads were not paved and we would explore the dirt roads for days. I fell in love with the images carved in stone. I took my boys camping there a lot when they were little and now that they are adults, we still go once a year. I will look for these symbols that you shared with us.

Hi Karen what a lovely family tradition you all created!! I love it! Summer trips were what white folks did, my white girl friend use to come to our house and she would talk in english and run and play with me, I didn't know what she said, but she used sign language and we had our way of being friends. She would take a feather and tickle me with it and make me laugh. Then she would motion for me to follow her or to make mud pies, some times she would put some mud on my hands and I would do the same, then we threw mud at each other. Then we would run to her house and spray ourselves off with the hose or sprinkler. Then she would come over and hug me and say something, she sometimes would cry, I never knew why but she would hug me and tell me goodbye. I never saw her for the summer. Then the trailer they left in would return, she would run over and hug me and we would play and play til she had to go in. Her name was Sandra. When I was given a blessing and instantly spoke english completely after a blessing by two men in suits, I came home and she was so happy to hear me speak english. We shared so much. I loved her as my friend so much. We were in 1st and 2nd grade. Your story reminded me of her and my childhood. Thanks so much. I am so happy that this tradition of Nine Mile CAnyon carried into your children and surely grandchildren. It is a holy place to me. @dalericketson6461 You both sound like such lovely folks. I love reading your comment like a loving cowboy in so many ways. Cowboys & TX are one in the same. Holy men of honor but rough too. I thank you once again for subscribing, watching my videos, listening & learning. I will remake some frybread videos so it's more exact in putting the ingredients together. Some subscribers are cooks some not. When 4 cups of water is a suggestion to use, explaining, have 4 cups of warm warm water available. So you can use what is necessary for the dough. Some just poured 4 cups water in and made a pancake like batter. So I am redoing videos I made to be more simple with more clear directions. We are dealing with a new generation of folks who didn't have mother's who stayed home to teach needed skills. So that is a big consideration. Also teaching them how important spirituality is in the life of Native Americans and they like it and find solace in what Navajo Grandma teaches. Things that lacked in a one parent situation. But don't be fooled some single parents were fantastic and some kids self taught themselves to survive mentally, psychologically, emotionally, spiritually in many ways. I have alot here on my channel. It's like God directed all here. I don't have a million but I do have the cream of the crop like yourselves. You understand what snakes are in life, I teach that in many walks of life. I pray we choose to see the leaders in DC with clarity & never listen to a controlled media. Pray always too. Let God direct your lives. When we make there again I will let you know.

Awesome rock art information. 🙂❤ I am fascinated with petroglyphs and pictographs. And I totally have the same thoughts wondering what it must have been like for them and there communications and thought processes back then also. Love it.😊 There's a KZitem channel called Dessert Drifter, and he is awesome. He hikes all throughout the canyons and respectfully shows the rock art,ancient ruins,and many pieces he finds that are just treasures of the history. With your insight on the meaning of the pictographs it gives a beautiful perspective to the ancestors and how amazing it is to see every piece. I find myself looking at every rock on the ground as a possible historical artifact.😄😁😊 l❤ve it. Thanks for sharing 😊

@tarriegibson1193 I love watching that guy as he walks, camps, climbs to Fremont cliff dwellings, what he finds is fascinating, I could just sit & watch for hours but I can't. I love how brave he is because it gets spooky sometimes where he walks, climbs into etc. He always finds awesome water to drink. His meals would be one great reason to hike with him. Always yummie. Oh goodness I really got into this. You have great comment material! Sorry to carry on. Great reminder. We drive to places as my knee is healing & I stay close. Grandma, you’re reminding of my Incan ancestors. They used to dwell up high especially in combat. They were also so calm and full of life, like my papa. I heard that the Inca,the people in Mexico and far North (in your lands) would trade exotic herbs, and food etc with each other long ago. I hope we can connect this history again. Peace and guidance and our ancestors and families Grandma. Beautiful stories ❤
@NavajoGrandma

Justin, no joke, our Native ancestors more than likely traveled far and wide in those days and did trade.. In Chaco Canyon they found parrot feathers, whale bones, macaw feathers and more. Ii mean where on earth would these feathers still exist from thousands of years and fresh buried 6 feet in the ground and buildings of my ancestors at Chaco Canyon. Then the writings of Petroglyphs and how many are the same down south, to Egypt as well, this language was spoken and universal. Great comment and yes doing research is critical and also thru prayer and fasting to ask God and have revelation as well. Soon we shall all know how unhistory we have been taught are lies and for control, greed and power. Always underlining's. Sad. Evil always gets its toes in all things. Navajo Grandma

It’s been so long since I’ve seen you. I’m glad you are teaching this because I’ve been very curious about how they were done and what they meant. I canyon wall along a river had some on the wall. I will be saving your video on this. My mom taught us about the many tribes and customs and all my life my friends come from many tribes. Someone wanted me to have many friends from different tribes. I had a brother and sister who’s parents came and took me from my mother who drank to much and the came from South Dakota. Both brother and sister died three days apart. I keep in touch with the kids.Thank you for your videos. Please teach more. I’ve always had a lot of respect for the land forest and water and animals that live with us. I’m am a Finnish American and my grandfather village was the village of bear hunters and I found out the customs there are the same as native people here. Thousand of miles apart but same customs with protecting this planet and hunting bears and hanging the skull of the bear high in a tree and they shared the meat with the elders in the village first.

The road is paved now? It has been many years now since I have been in that canyon. Do you remember the old stagecoach stop? I remember when the building was still intact. On my last drive in the canyon, some teenagers set it on fire, and it was only a concrete slab there last I saw. That would be around the early 1980's onto the mid 1990's. I miss the red rock cliffs in that area. I used to take my children there to go camping. They loved playing there. Now they are grown and with ķids of their own. In fact one of my grand-daughters is going to make me a Great grandmother, and I'll be turning 71yrs in December. You have a great weekend. May you always walk in beauty!

Margarita I have missed your precious comments. Yes I have a bum knee and I was going to go 3 miles round trip walking yesterday to see a petroglyph mural that is so famous, it is the picture I showed you, the one printed out I was holding. That is Rochester panel, found the name. So I turned around and we walked back to the car a block away. I told gpa we would be in dire straights if he could not carry me back. So we will go with out son and his family. You have got to see this. I am honored that you appreciate what has been presented. I have missed you pretty girl. Stay wonderful and busy like a bee like gma. I research, take care of gpa and everything else, drive and drive and go to archives and drive. Hotels are over rated after a while, even room service. LOL! I like my own cooking best. We gained so much weight going across the country 3 times since February. Then recalling our pedophile Navajo Nation president. It doesn't stop. My people are crazee and just follow like the sheep you see in the petroglyphs. They don't investigate, research but just hear things and believe them. The media is so awful. OH well I get into everything. So anywho, you are loved and I have always prayed over all my grandchildren whether they are older than me or younger, no matter we all are so important. Hugs galore. Yes, traveling can become the same old thing and not exciting staying in hotels. Oh Grandma, what you explain and teach is priceless. You're my inspiration! to stay a busy bee while I'm trying to heal. 🤪 😃 Media can be something else. They just announced how the reservations will be having trouble with food. It involved a living up in the cliffs for survival, peace, beauty, balance and harmony, plus all those ladders they whittled out is so amazing to climb. They were in the penthouse with the eagles and birds. Thats the type of house I lost during the pandemic. I saw 16 eagles in bomber formation above me, one came and sat down right by my balcony that overviewed the entire city below. I had my chickies and I said, "if you are hungry do not bother thinking you will make my pretty girls and my beautiful rooster your meal; so fly over there in the hills down there. There are foxes, jack rabbits, squirrels, and so much more. You will have a pick to feast on." As soon as I said this, he flew off EXACTLY TO THE PLACE I TOLD HIM. Oh my gosh, he disappeared, then later I sat there, my rooster raced down and gathered all the chickens and herded them back into the coop, whew! He was such an amazing rooster!! Just after that the eagle I had been talking to flew up and I saw him throw an animal onto the rocks. He retrieved it and brought it over to my tree and ate it. It was out of this world that I was happy he actually heard me and did so. Just then he spiraled into heaven up and up till he disappeared. I can't believe how high he went and disappeared. Then about 10 minutes later he flew back down and came and sat on my balcony again. I talked to him, then he started looking around, as he flew off and up, he flew around as I watched him just as the 16 eagles came ini bomber line over my house. It was so majestic. I have never forgotten that. I watched them fly south and they were just beautiful. Their white crowns and yellow feet tucked into their bellies or whatever, it was chilling and an honor. I hope you enjoyed this as much as I did. I know how you feel wondering how it would have been. Imagine the FREMONT PENTHOUSE!! Wow! Happy memories and thoughts. Hugs from Navajo GRandma

@@NavajoGrandma Oh wow! Grandma that is an amazing story! As I was reading it in my minds eye I began to illustrate what that must have looked like. All the beautiful colors. You should write a short story book about that experience. I love nature and animals just everything about the outdoors. Our Creator has given us such a beautiful place even inspite of all the ugly that people do there is still beauty. I thank you from my heart for sharing this with me. I'm very sorry you lost this home. It must have been stunning. I hope one day to live out among GOD'S trees and animals. Right now I have the care of a dear friend who lost her husband 7 years ago and several years after that she was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia. I believe she is probably towards the latter stage at this point. It's so heartbreaking to see those we care about suffer from this terrible disease. I'm not sure why the LORD has chosen me for this but He has. Sometimes I get so distressed and just want to go sit among the trees and talk to them. I'm not so sure but what in some semblance they can understand us, just like the Eagle understanding you. GOD bless you, Grandma. Stay safe and we will chat again sometime. Sending big hugs ~ Debbie

@@NavajoGrandma Oh thank you. You have answered for me some much sought after knowledge and you have confirmed some things as well. You are so very wise and GOD'S earthly Angel. GOD used you instead of others I'm around sometimes to minister to me and for that I am greatful. We just never know the impact we may have on someone we've never even met through our words. Good night, Grandma. 🌙🌟

Hello Navaho Grandma. I love the story's and culture, I am Armenian and Navaho. My grandfather was in WW2, he was full blooded. In the Pacific. I'm 67 now. Interested in learning more.. The indigenes tribe came from Armenia . I have watched your video linking Hebrew to Native American Navaho. The Armenian and Navaho must be related. You are a very heart felt teacher ❤ bless you ❤
