The Eagle Scout rank application, or ESRA, is the final document a Scouts prepares when he submits his application for Eagle Scout to his District of Council. In this video, we dissect the ESRA section by section and provide insight regarding where to find the document, how to fill it out, what do you leave in and what to leave out. We discussed letters of recommendation and provide a sample script for a Scouts to use. We discuss The signature is required. We also discuss the requirement seven paper: the statement of purpose and life ambition, and where it falls in the process and a little bit on how to write it.
Some of the information contained in this video is specific to the Indian Waters Council and to Troop 10 in Columbia, SC. Otherwise, this information can be used by any scout in any troop in the United States.
