Its a great video... although people; if you want to suceed on any sport, sleep! I know he was metaphorical (or not), but if you want to reach 6 feet in terms of tallness, you need to let your genetics go to work and they work when you re off. These players go to sleep at 9 PM or even earlier. Sleeping is really important in terms of stamina. Sorry for the geekness here but I thought in sharing these because if he was literal about it, he was wrong. You still have around 14 hours to work... thats more than enough

BASKET LIFE Sure, you must work everyday and all but... you just can't be a 6'4 Center. Doesn't matter how big you dream. Im not saying that you should sleep a lot just to become a giant, but i'm saying you should grow your full potential. Sleeping isn't going to increase the maximum height, it's going to increase the chance of becoming tall because that is in your genes. It's just a healthy tip. You have enough to work but rest is important. At least 8 hours. And I didn't even metion the terrible deseases due to privation of sleep.

AkFTW Not at all. I'm 15 and I grew from 5'6 to 5'10 in 15 months. You'll have height boosts in no time.

FoxesDoGaming sleep wont make miracles. I would be sleeping from the moment I get from school until the morning if that was the case. But it will max out your chances. But in the end, genetics do 90% of the work.

yes it is important trust me im 6'4 and 15 and the doctors said i could have grown much more if i had slept more
