I literally just subscribed! Thanks but my question is how many packs bitter-leaf did you use? Also how much groundnut? With ndole I feel like it has to be equal so it doesn’t surpass if you know what I mean? Thanks
@stephanieasoh

TheCamgirl25 Thank you so much for subscribing. And I’m sorry this video is over two years old, so I honestly don’t remember . But I believe it was either 3 or 4 cause I never buy more than 4 packs.. And I always just put enough granut that I’ll still be able to taste it and know that it’s Ndole. Plus if your granut is too much, the Ndole will be too white.

Beautiful recipe! I love how u used baking soda instead of Akanwa I tried cooking Ndole with Akanwa & ended up not liking it because the Akanwa didn’t properly desolve in water. I could feel the sand while eating it. Definitely going to use baking soda next time.

@stephanieasoh
11 ай бұрын
The groundnut is sold without the skin, but if you don’t have access to it, you can soak regularly groundnut, once it’s soft, rub it together, that way the skin can easily come off.
