I don't think the defense is very good either. Nebraska's QB gifted the defense 4 easy interceptions. Minnesota is a very Bad Team.
@JesusSavesSinners

@JustinChristopher-ov7gw Most likely a bad game like this doesn't transfer to other games 🤣🤣🤣🤣 That is ridiculous. That is untrue. Nebraska has stacked a bunch of games like this year in and year out. They have been playing this bad consistently for many years in a row. As does 25% of college football teams give or take a little bit. Historically a Performance like this is an indication of how the season will go. It is the exception that a team plays this bad and turns it around it is Not the other way around. Both Offenses are extremely bad. Neither QB should be playing in the Big 10. Minnesota was supposed to Fix there inferior Offense but obviously they didn't. Understand Nebraska is expected to finish at the bottom of the Big 10 again this season. They are the Bad team every College Football analyst expected them to be. Minnesota should have destroyed Nebraska but they barely won. This game is not a fluke. If you know how bad Nebraska is, not my opinion their history in the Big 10 and the current state of the team, you would quickly realize that both teams are Garbage. If Ohio State beats Indiana by 3 points I will say that OSU will have a losing record this season. Minnesota (I counted 5 turnovers, 4 interceptions and a fumble) won on a last minute field goal to a Horrible Nebraska team. It was Not good defenses. It was 2 very Bad Offenses. Nebraska is bad on Offense and on Defense so this is Not an issue of Nebraska being a tough match (Like playing Air Force, or Navy which have unique offenses that some teams don't match up well against...) for Minnesota. Minnesota has a terrible offense. They were bad on Offense last season too. People think they have a good defense... I say Minnesota plays a lot of bad offensive teams every year that inflates their defensive numbers. With Nebraska's bad offense I am not willing to say Minnesota has Good Defense.

If there are not enough bowl-eligible teams to fill the 82 FBS bowl vacancies, teams with 5-7 records can go to a bowl. In that situation, the deciding factor on which 5-7 teams get bowl berths is the team’s Academic Progress Rate (APR). The 5-7 teams with the best APR grades get the remaining bowl bids in order of their APR grade. Cal Might Get a Bowl Bid With a 5-7 Record, or Not Get One ...

We're looked upon nationally as an average-to-below-average football team. I've told many a younger football fan that Nebraska used to be a football juggernaut and the usual response is something like: "Nebraska!? Are you kidding?" As long as the QB keeps throwing 3int, Nebraska isn’t beating anybody. And he’s going up against a wayyyy better secondary next week. Better run all he can, cause he ain’t passing shi😂. CU wins 35-17

I didn't see the game but that last TD by Minnesota looked like he was way out of bounds. Did they do a replay analysis?

It was an amazing catch...in real time when I was watching I thought no way he stayed in bounds, but replay showed it clearly that he drug is foot just in time.

@@tyslink Indeed. I just saw it. I think from my view, it was an optical illusion. Not seeing his foot come down like that. Wow, what an amazing catch. I don't think you can coach that kind of talent.

You’re speaking of the play before where he did not control the ball to ground. The other one was an amazing catch but the play should’ve been blown dead for a false start on #69.

@@tyslink Minnesota I think will ok on defense but the O Line and QB play was real real bad. So many busted protections and the QB has zero touch. Like throw a catchable ball he throws with velocity when he doesn't have to

@@robertjohnson2899 I'll reserve judgement on Kaliakmanis...it's his first year as a starter and first game of the year so a little bit of the jitters and not being super sharp is somewhat expected. He had a couple of bad misses and a few really nice balls, so it depends on if he can tighten up his game a bit. The O-line was good at times and awful at others, so again, wait to see if they can sharpen that up. Overall it was an ugly, ugly game and if they play like they did going forward they will get smoked by the better teams.
