Here's what we used
5 to 6 lbs Beef neck bones
1 - 14.5 oz can Hunts Stewed tomatoes
3 - 14.5 oz cans Swanson Chicken Broth
4 tbsp Unsalted butter or more (for searing/sauté)
4 tbsp oil or more (for searing/sauté)
1 Bell pepper
3 Celery stalks
1 Med Yellow onion
4 Carrots
2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
3 sprigs Fresh Thyme
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Extra Large Russet potatoes
Seasoning Mixture for the meat
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Season-All Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp Beef Bouillon
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 Cup Flour
Slurry
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup water
🔥🔥Notes
At timestamp 4:13 Don't add any liquid from the stewed tomatoes into the pot‼️
🔥🔥TIP: Add the flour slurry a little at a time until you reach desired gravy thickness. If slurry is too thick you can add a little water to thin it down BEFORE adding it to the pot
