I do them the same way my Mom did them, first you add to the pot with some water, and vinegar, bring to a boil then pour that water off, then add some fresh water, and some beef broth, add diced onions, green pepper, garlic cloves ( about 4 or 5) add black pepper,salt, accent, onion powder, paprika, parsley (chopped) stir and cookfor about 2 or 3 hours on medium - 😋 Also they are great Grilled 🥰😋😋😋

This is how Vietnamese people make their clear broths. They "blanch" the bones, then rinse them under the faucet to remove all the tiny bone fragments and things, the fill with clean water.
