Thanks for the inspiration! I plan to make a long strip of a winter scene to cut up and use for Christmas cards to send to distant family. Love your tutorials and products!

Just finished watching this tutorial in the middle of summer (!!). Really appreciated learning how to make those evergreen trees and also using the cutouts as a guide for placement when doing 2d scenery pictures. Thanks LF and the whole team for making this tutorial available for us newbies to learn the fine art of needle felting.

I’m so glad you leave these up for newcomers. I think this stocking will need to be my first wet felted project and flat felted picture! I just love it!

Thank you for showing how to do the trees. For some reason I can never figure out how to make them look natural.

Could you possibly do a winter scene using some turquoise and or teal colors? Maybe with a gnome in it! I would love to buy a kit like that! My living room for Christmas is decorated using those colors.

I am new to felting. I am interested in the wet felt/ needle felt/and wet felt again. It seems that would set the design better.

Give it a go, Kathy! A friend of ours does this often with her pieces...equal layers and even directional felting is important so as not to distort your design.

Hi Marie! I primarily do 2d pictures and toys for kids with felting :) If wet-felting holds up better, and toys get A LOT of handling, then do you recommend wet felting after making a needle felted piece? How do you wet felt a 3d needle felted piece? 😊😊😊

How does the Wool stay in forever? I guess you can I am very new to Felting!!

Hi Cindy :) The wool has one way barbs on the shaft that once entangled...does not come undone. Think of it like the plastic zip ties that once latched down, do not go backwards...you have to cut them apart. Wool is similar in this way.

I saw on the pillow video, you mentioned washing the pillow. Amazing that it would stay together. What about on clothing that you would wash and dry? You work is so Beautiful!!!💗

Cindy, clothes that we felt are generally hand wash...not washing machine wash. We made a washable table runner, but it does need gentle washing, otherwise the fibers will tend to pill.
