Varun Saklani A star is made up of helium and mostly hydrogen. Hydrogen molecules combine with each other within the star forming helium. Helium molecules combine to form carbon (nuclear fusion). This continues until we get to Iron which is basically the end all since Iron can no longer merge thus eliminating a star's "fuel" source (heat and energy created by the merging process). The Star then implodes and then explodes leaving the area around the star full of elements but most importantly, the elements of life (carbon, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulfur). So in other words, the elements of life that were once inside that star are now inside us making us "one with the universe." ***I may have messed up in certain places, but the general idea is there. I'm no scientist.***

@@93Jubilee Perhaps, I do not know. I was merely quoting him. However, it may be surprising to some who may not think of such things. Some do not know that all humans are the same. Some see us as being different because of the color of our skin and eyes or the texture and color of our hair. That is a falsehood because it is the 'melanin' in our bodies produced by the chemical melanocytes that we 'all' produce that causes those differences. Some do not know of our chemical makeup much less about the atoms that make up our chemistry.
