This song is so beautiful. Seems like everyone remembers the time or place when they were floating with this song. For me it was when I lived in Seattle. That area had multiple jazz stations at the time and they all rocked Rangell. ❤

A nice song to listen to after calming down from an anxiety attack while repeating you have it better than most, this pain is temporary, if it’s your own fault you are capable of learning and improving yourself, tomorrow is another day. 😌

Wow that cut brings back so many memories for me. I use to play Nelson Rangell's Smooth Jazz while in the Navy many years ago. While sailing from Guam, Japan, Hong Kong , and many more places, I would fall sleep and wake up his beautiful music.

This is a NY's CD 101.9 CLASSIC! I remember driving home one late evening from work hearing this for the first time. That drive from New Rochelle to White Plains, NY was so pleasant. I remember snapping my fingers and turning up the volume. A great energizing song! Remains a favorite of mine.

I agree. There use to be good smooth jazz stations in NY & CA. They are both gone :'( Now you have to go on to the Internet to fine smooth jazz stations such as tune in or heart radio.

Amen to your comments, Nancy & Christy. Kiss KKSF (San Francisco) et al. goodbye. Fortunately it closed down after we moved away from the Bay Area. And fortunately, Cleveland's WNWV "The Wave" went BACK to it's Smooth Jazz format after an unsuccessful spell as AAA-V107.3 "The Boom". That's where we in Akron and all over NE Ohio can once again listen to the sweet sounds of Nelson Rangell, Dave Koz and many other fine artists.

I listen almost exclusively to saxophone jazz, and Nelson is by far the best of the best. This song brings me to a special place along the California Coast where I sit an watch the sunset.

I remember hearing this first on 94.1 Smooth Jazz in Tampa, Fl. The home of jazz UNTIL they cancelled the station. I was so disappointed. But, thankful KZitem exist and whenever I need my Rangell fix....it's available. Rangell, you're blessed and this song puts me in my oasis of another life. A life away from the stress. Thank you and continue to make melodic sounds for Jazz connoisseurs.😊👊🏼
