What a meritorious story of Nemani Nodolo's sporting life in his whole rugby career. I happen to know his whole family from the village of Namatakula in Nadroga, Fiji where I was born and bred in the capital of Suva playing rugby against Fijians being the only Chinese player during my years in the early sixties and seventies. I just marvel Nemani from his youth around his early teens running around playing rugby with other youth and suddenly lo and behold, he made it to big time rugby where his dad Isei Siganiyavi was a renown great player but never ascended to the highest echelon in world rugby that Nemani has achieved. Well to say that rugby creates disciplined characters would be an understatement as for Nemani's case what a turnaround this sport has made him into a superstar of repute and yet maintained a strong love and allegiance to his family and his Fijian roots as an unassuming humble person I deeply admire and respect. Nemani, you are certainly blessed and I wish to offer you my heartiest congratulations and admiration and what a beautiful and delightful partner you have committed in your life. She looks Chinese/Asian in features and great to witness such a wonderful relationship. Blessing indeed!

It was a shame his time here at the exeter chiefs was so troublesome that he left before he gave a good account of himself! I can still remember seeing him play alongside sireli naqaveluki a brief amount of times, but the impressions spoke for themselves! If only he kept his nose in joint off the field, he could of become one of the gallagher premierships all - time greats, but unfortunately it was never meant to be due to his stupidity at the time!

It actually reads - Set x Weight = 4 sets(Reps) x 120kg for Squat. No idea how many reps in a set, could 10 or 15 or 20 reps in a set. Example could be = 4 sets(15reps)×120kg for Squats 💪
