Great video, Jamie. I buy all the Nembrinis as soon as they’re announced and this one was my new favorite from the moment I fired it up.

Thank you for watching and taking time to comment. I use all the Nembrini stuff as my main guitar sims for recording. I think they’re the best ones available - certainly on iOS - and I just love this one. This one is the sound I was missing, the tone I was really looking for.

I found the Nembrini amps to be really good quality and very well priced (at the introduction price at least, which is still within my budget). I love this one as well. I have a lot of AC30 emulations in all the other amp sim apps that i own, but i think this is one of the best sounding ones.

Yeah all their stuff has been great on the iPad but this one is just what I needed to complete the collection of amp sounds I like. It made me want to just play a lot of huge chunky chords and rock out. What a sound!

@@JamieMallender i completely agree Jamie. Phenomenal sound from slightly driven to high gain. And what i like abput their amps is that they all have such unique characteristics that automatically invote you to play different kind of stuff. This sim really is so exciting and inspiring, you just want to play hahah. Too bad i have work to do at he moment. I shouldn’t even really be on youtube either lol, but would love to just pick up my guitar and jam a little with this app now. Great video Jamie! Love your reviews man 👊

Cheers Jamie. Great overview. I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it is the only amp sim I have used since then. Absolutely love it. My son uses an AC30, and I reckon there is little difference between the sounds, plus, my iPad is a damn sight lighter! 😂 I noticed the name of one of your user presets, and now I am listening to Alice Cooper, Welcome to My Nightmare 2. I am sure you know why. Been an Alice fan for years. Brilliant! ❤️🤘🏼

Oh yeah Mick - that’s a particularly great Alice album, one of my favourites. So many great albums and terrific musicians over the years. I’m an enormous fan. I’ve seen Alice live more than I’ve seen any other famous artist.

I thought so Jamie. Sadly, I have only seen him live once, amazing musicians, fantastic songs and just an amazing entertainer with a real connection with the crowd.

I just bought this amp emulation (September 2021)and the front interface looks totally different than what’s in this video. It’s arranged differently but acts the same as what’s in this video. Thanks for doing this video! Sounds great!

@@JamieMallender Hi Jamie! Yes I got that version so I could use it to record my songs into Studio One. I’ve been able to get a good break up sound… but when going for a cleaner sound, the volume doesn’t seem to be as loud. In your video you turn the Output up and get a nice tone without the break up. In the desktop version, the output is already around 8.5 out of 10. So I don’t get much more of a boost. I’m sure I’m missing something.
@JamieMallender

Ah, that explains it - yes the interface on desktop does look a little different to the iOS version - but the sounds are the same. I have some Nembrini Amps on desktop but not this one yet. I find that for a clean sound, if I crank up the master and trim back the input I’m a good way towards getting the clean sound. If I had the desktop version I’d do a quick video for you.

@@JamieMallender Yes that's right- it works like a regular amp! The Input had to be turned down and the Output had to go to almost 10 (would have been 11). There's a nice crisp Tele sound now. So simple - thanks again! :)

this is by far the best amp sim out there that title once blong to softtube marshall plexi sim but now no more nembrini naield it the tone is so natural and super responsive as real amp does also they inclue the negative effect of using real amp with micing many sim disregard this but that extra gut so called "something you don't want to hear" adds to the sound and creates the realistic tone for example harshness and rumbling
@JamieMallender

Exactly John, have you noticed the annoying resonating frequency around the open A? The AC30 does exactly the same thing. It is just uncannily perfect.

@@JamieMallender yeah i know you can only understand how amazing this sim is when you have real experience with real tube amp and aslo the lmitaion and the complexity of micing the amp properly in HOME environment , try softtube marshall sim they are as good as nembrini and your review was exceptionally great especially the part where you show the playing example with dfferent guitars with different tone set up you know most of the amp sim reviewers only shows one side of thing and 99% of them playing fuckin death metal UGHHHHHH i've been wating for this kind of amp where you get really accurate and good representation of clean tube tone if you know what i mean

Guitar Rig 6, yes. But only in my friends studio. I only have guitar rig 5 in my studio. I was impressed but there’s something about the response to the guitar in this app that I really like, I think it’s really special. Amplitube 5 I will be testing as soon as it comes out for iOS.

Thanks Jamie - it’s a bit of a complicated amp for sure, your explanation really helped - plus your info about the app is very useful. I saw another demo with lots of guitar volume adjustments , this thing really kills (kzitem.info/news/bejne/xZx_np-pZpara4o). Between these two vids I might have a chance.
