Minions build doesn't do anything. Time to play Aquila like all the other heroes
The rule of Nemesis 8 is to play around a "contagion progression", which doesn't do anything until you hit the "Lethal" stage of it; At this stage, your health depleates rapidly until you restore the contagion progression or until you die in loop. The only way to restore progression is to destroy hatches.
There are 4 stages of progression, making you aware of your incoming doom :
Stable (Green) : A hatch has been recently destroyed so you have plenty of time before the contagion resumes (around 8:30min IGT before moving to the next stage)
Tainted (Yellow) : Half the progression has already been made (around 5min IGT before next stage)
Critical (Flashing Orange) : At this point you really should focus on destroying an hatch (around 3min IGT before next stage)
Lethal (Red) : You're continously taking DoT, and if you don't have a hatch ready to be terminated close from your base, you will (At this point you are just softlocked and should restart)
The key to breeze trough N8 is to setup hatches without destroying them asap, so that you can progress without much worries. Also, I do suggest destroying an hatch right before triggering a boss, so that you give yourself plenty of time to deal with them.
About the bosses :
They now have 6 times worth of health bars (besides Angry Brutalisk (x3) & General) and various events trigger depending on the health bar the boss is :
For all of them (besides Leviathan), they spawn a laser moving towards you for a few seconds, a huge amount of mini hybrid reavers & sometimes ravagers (it gets ugly fast without AoEs) each time a health bar is depleated. Then, others effects happen :
At 3x Health : An Hybrid Destroyer will spawn after a few seconds, with a laser moving towards you
At 2x Health : Same as 3x, but a bunch a nukes will spawn around you & around the boss
At 1x Health, Same as 2x, but you get teleported at the boss location first, so you need to leave asap
The General will also spawn 4 Infernal Matriarchs, 2 Destroyers & 2 lasers
