Moji su čak i poneli jer je ova pita lepa i mekana i sutradan.

400ml.voda
100ml. ulje
1 kašičica šećer
1 jaje
30gr. kvasac
2 kašičice so
900gr. brašno +250gr. za posipanje.
NADEV-FIL
2 paketa blitve ili 10 listova
400gr. sir
2 jaja
ZA PREMAZIVANJE
200gr. puter ili margarin 150ml. ulje
ZA POSIPANJE
Premazati umućenim jajetom i posipati susamom.
Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200c pa smanjiti na 180c/30min.

1 egg
30g yeast

FOR COATING
200gr. butter or margarine 150ml. oil
FOR SPRAYING
Coat with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200c and reduce to 180c / 30min.
