Thank you very much! I've been waiting for a close up on this song for more than a year! I figured out all this part too but not by ear, just by watching Oli play it and I couldn't seem to accurately figure out the verse part so double thanks for the tabs. I was just trying to figure out more when I found your video. Keep it up!

+Dracu cu Cărți Thank you. and watching oli definitely helped. sorry i haven't worked on your suggestion. listened to it and its amazing. will get back to you when i figure it out comprehensively. i assume you want the solo acoustic jazzy guitar.

+wooden strings Well to be honest I studied your tabs and I play the intro fine but I can't figure out how the verse notes fall into harmony. I play them but can't put them together on the beat so to say. I'm not pretentious, I would just like to play it whole - any chance you can make a tutorial for the verse as well? Actually all I need is to see you play it, no need for tutorial. Thanks :)

Hi wooden strings. Happy new year to you. My name is John Karago. I have been FOLLOWING YOUR VIDEOS ON KZitem. And they are quite informational and rich in instructions. I'm based in Dar es salaam at the moment. A guitar beginner at this point in time. Could you advice ME on how YOU can possibly assist me to improve my playing levels. My deepest yearn right now is to take off to the intermediate level this year 2018. I will be waiting to hear from you soon. Thanks in advance & big ups.

John Karago happy new year bro. learn your keys, learn scales, learn your chird progressions. Train to tune and play by ear. Practice a lot
@johnkarago8157
6 жыл бұрын
Thanks wooden strings. Are there specific ear trainings you can suggest for my practice? I mean things that I can be doing specifically during my practice seatings.On average I workout 2 hrs per day, 6 times a week. As i am still struggling in the arena. On the scale I have gone through pentatonic, major, minor and blue scale atleast at 100 bpm speed on the metronome. Remember my current goal is to take off to the intermediate guitar level in afew months.
@woodenstrings
6 жыл бұрын
John Karago i dont have any specific training. Start by training yourself how to tune by ear. Spend time with your scales and progressions. Try different chord shapes and not the pich and tone. Over time you find you catch notes and can identify them on the fret board. I started out with 5 hours a day. But ita not the amount of time you spend really its the content within that time.
