@@stuartandrews4344 During a short power cut the Smart Doorbell will continue to function as it does have a working reserve. The reserve as you will see in tomorrow's video is designed to keep the Smart Doorbell functioning when the bell push is pressed (the circuit must be shorted) and when demand (recording, IR lighting, sending video to app....) is too much for a poorly performing bell transformer.

Thanks for the vid guys..now I now how to pronounce Netamo!😉 I’m impressed with that, having installed Nest, Hive and Rings. Prob is I find when someone wants to install heating/lighting/camera/smokes as one system, I’ve yet to find one company who’s entire set of kit I would feel confident recommending to customers - they all seem to have strong brilliant products with the odd duff one in the set, a pity. For me I’d say 8/10 requests for smart doorbell installs are for properties with no existing wired doorbell. That suddenly turns it into a whole new job..do you fancy doing a demo video of that scenario?🙂

I'm still looking for a video doorbell and this ALMOST checked all my boxes... non-POE device working with existing chimes is nice and the local storage with app support are a must and great to see. Sadly though, this still lacks one feature I need and would expect for that price tag; ONVIF/RTSP support which allows you to feed the video to an existing cctv setup (ie. blueiris). Shame.

Hi Alan R. The Smart Doorbell can be set to send events as they happen to a Dropbox account and/or an FTP location. An image of the identified object is also sent to the user for every selected event detection. The Smart Doorbell also has tamper detection sensors and will alert the owner.

@@richardhopkins5452 Thanks Richard, I wasn't by any means saying they were lacking in function, just that a £2 extension to the sd card would solve some peoples fears that even if they had received a tamper notification, their full evidence was not running down the road in someone's pocket. I don't have any problem with the Netatmo the products I have purchased and do recommend them even though I have no "investment" in their purchase or installation. I don't mean this in an adversarial way but I think you should reconsider your KZitem a/c name to reflect your connection with Legrand. Your revue or part thereof has no mention of setting up other than the pairing...are there sensitivity settings ? zones? what othe features ? it's around £100 more than a Ring3 and revues on that doorbell camera are more...'in depth' As you are promoting the device , a bit more on the features would be helpful.
