Thank you for your life long dedication to neuron replacement therapy, which is so hopeful for those of us who have Parkinson’s disease. We thrive on hope and take each day as an opportunity for positive action, such as high intensity exercise to stimulate the production of dopamine, meditation, diet and following the science. This is a story of global cooperation and logical decisions which promise an affordable way of producing dopamines at scale. The current medicines often harm more than they help. Keep up the great work and the accessible communication.

Thank you Dr. Loring. So many videos about PD are long, plodding, and lacking in real scientific coherence. Your presentation is excellent and provides enough scientific detail to be authentic and interesting. I will continue to follow your progress.

TRACKING improvement FIRST STEP: a UPDRS test, a push test with video, a walking and turning test with video, a talking test with video and possibly a writing test with video, standing from seated on hard back chair video with your arms crossed. These videos are kept on file to be used for comparison with future videos. This is a fairly accurate means of documenting improvements over time as it is actually fairly easy for some people to not realize how much they have improved over time.

I can't get onboard using any stem cells that comes from the harvest of the natural growth of cells from a fertilized egg no-matter if it is more viable so I am glad to hear of using one's own cells and tissues as an alternative. Science is advancing enough to take the second option and use that model as the blueprint standard.

What can the public do to support this work? Can donations be made to support the pluripotent stem cell technology for Parkinson’s? As someone with early onset Parkinson’s, I and I know many others as well, want to contribute in any way possible to advance this technology.

When will this therapy be a available. If it has been given a fast track, then how come it is still in clinical trials, Covid vaccines have been made available to the public under the fast track title. It's a frustrating thing to see, but can't have, when time is of the essence.

No one research why neurons degenerated in the first place. So new neurons replaced may still degenerate again.
