Sir, thanks for video. I have meniscus tear 2.5 months back due to bike accident and have pain in knee, currently under medication. Can't walk without walker. Pls advise should I take physiotherapy while having pain. If yes then which excercise..

Doctor advise my a leg of exercise like leg curl, extension,press,single and double leg squats, box jumb etc but doctor advice to avoid stairs. I used to do 3 types. I avoided dolphin kick frog kick ie butterfly n breast strokes. Best I feel backstroke. Freestyle also fine as there is no folding of legs.

cartilage, once degenerated doesnot regenerate .....but right exercises, collagen supplements and other supplements prescribed by the doctor, precautions, can prevent the cartilage from further damage or will slow down the degeneration process

On sagittal T2 weighted images, linear horizontal hyperintense signal intensity is noted in body and posterior horn of medial meniscus, extending to the inferior articular surface. The anterior and posterior horn and body of lateral meniscus appear normal. Posterior cruciate ligament appears normal in bulk and signal intensity. The medial and lateral collateral ligaments appear normal. The extensor mechanism and the patella appear unremarkable. Rest of the patellar facets and retinaculum appear unremarkable. Rest of the visualized bones appear normal. Visualized musculature appears normal. Impression: Moderate grade interstitial tear of the anterior cruciate ligament, prominently involving the mid substance and the tibial attachment, not extending to the marginal fibers. plz get x-ray done for both the knees....I had the same pblm....got to know from x-ray that my cartilage has started thinning at the innerside of the knee joints....means starting of osteoarthritis......it's not necessary that you too hv the same pblm but as a precautionary measure, go for diagnosis coz ur symptoms are same as mine......wish you good luck

Hi sir maine boht var apse contact krne ki kosis ki bit always failed, mai 35yr hu , mera 15sal pehle accident ho gya tha , vo thik tha sb thik tha jisme mera fracture ho gya tha right leg ka tibia or femur both . But one yr ago i forgot all that which was said by doctor to me to avoid siiting on ground without support,now i got knee pain and dr said knee space occured .
