The five things not to do: 1. Try to find a relationship when you're desperate. 2. Never be with a man who pushes you away or gives you the ick. 3. Never create a co-dependent relationship. 4. Never agree to a partner below you. 5. Never suffer in a relationship.

3. Codependency is natural, the thing is to keep balance. This is more like complement each other but be aware of ur individuality and strengths. 5 you will always suffer in one way or the other, ask any happily married couple. It is totally natural it’s actually healthy. The thing is why are u suffering about and if it’s actually breaking u apart then it’s not. Again, it’s a balance bc it cannot all be peace and fun and love. Life and humans have dark sides and they will show up, at some point. Just choose wisely what u want to handle about him IMOOOO

“You need to have options in your life, with or without him. If you have options in your life of where you can go, people you can be with, things you can do…” This is number 1 rule in life. 👏 Always have the option to walk away. Always make sure that you have the financial security, savings, education, your own job/career, friends, family or whatever you need to always, at any time, have options and be able to just walk away from an unsuitable relationship. This way you are always able to reinvent yourself and keep moving forward instead of being trapped in a codependent relationship. With options, anything is possible.

I am 41 years old...and started to loose myself. My husband is an avoidant, and we have been married 17 years and have 3 amazing kids together. Once we hit the 10 year mark in our marriage... both of our attatchment styles really started manifesting....it got pretty bad,I am not gonna lie! But you helped me turn the page, set boundaries, work on myself and step into my queen energy....Amazing how things started to turn around for us and my husband started chasing me again!❤❤❤❤❤God bless you... you incredible woman! Just so you know, when I was crying, hurt, and eaten up with anxiety I would put on one of your detachment/feminine energy videos to calm myself and keep myself steer clear of desperate energy!!! Maybe that's God's way of saying not to have sex with men you are dating. I know it's challenging but wait till you at least have a commitment. Sex bonds people. The woman usually gets anxious and the man begins to run OR he will use her. God loves you & doesn't want you harmed.

Love this. In a relationship, you should never be in a position where you feel you need to point out the value of your effort, time, and care, to your partner for them to see it. If they make you feel like these things aren't valued and/or reciprocated in their own meaningful ways, then your partner doesn't actually value you. When they make this mistake once, it's a mistake. When they make it again after you expressed your needs, it is then a conscious choice. They are telling you they don't find meeting your needs valuable. I just set boundaries this morning with this. I know my value. I will only engage with men who are capable of meeting me on the depth of emotional intimacy and security I bring, which is significant.

It's like catnip or something Ha!! My last partner, rarely had any smell there.. the rare occasions he did...I loved it. It was always peak when they were clean & then sweat afterward+ whatever nice scented deodorant they wore.mixed w/ Their natural pheromones. I swear my eyes roll back & I feel all frisky..or just enamored with them, hence the catnip reference. He concentrates more on the new family. He was actually not so bad, just simple, harmless guy, but still he dumped her for a woman more in HIS league. Well, at least she got the children. But the children don't have a real family based on a good relationship btw the spouses. They only have their mother, and his father's new family.

I'm still quite young. But I love watching your videos because I want to be prepared for when the right person comes along. I resonate so deeply with "don't date a guy below you." I was with someone for 2 years. From the very beginning his lack of discipine towards academics took a strain on our relationship. Academic performance is very important to me. Given we are still in a stage of our life where competitive exams will decide our fate. I did not respect him. I did berate him. I became someone so intolerable. He didn't have any standards for himself, he would have stayed regardless. But I did. I couldn't bear to be this person who was always naggy and negative. My inability to respect him because of his tendency to be a complete slob made me leave after 2 years. It is not worth it.

I do not agree with the first one. Being happy and proud of the person that you are can become another unachievable standard to add to the list. That is counterproductive. You don't have to be in perfect emotional shape in order to give and accept love; that's a lifelong journey and there's no need to spend it alone. Don't lie to yourself or your partner: 90% of us need approval, feel insecure or look for shelter sometimes. Healthy people don't avoid signs of "weakness"; they face them and work to empower each other and grow together everyday. I wouldn't date someone who only accepts my bright parts and runs away from that team work, nor would I ran.

Ok, dear Margarita, I need to ask you something important, and if I’m doing this, it’s because you should know how much your videos have helped me improve my relationship with my husband. In fact, I think I’m leveling up… step by step haha. My question is: how do you deal with a man losing his attractiveness? He’s an amazing father and a great guy. He loves me and treats me like the queen I am. But in the past few years, he’s let himself go… physically…quite a lot.He doesn’t take care of his appearance anymore and because of this he had some serious health issues because of his weight gain. He just can’t get motivated, and when he has free time to exercise, he’s glued to his phone or playing video games… I’ve learned that I can’t and shouldn’t control what he does or eats.. but im so tempted to act like his mother…. I know people will call me superficial, but hey, that’s my situation. I don’t need him to be a model, but I do want him to take care of himself a bit. I love him a lot, but it’s hard for me to admit that I’m losing desire…what can I do? How can I motivate him? If he doesn’t want to look better it’s ok, but his health can’t be ignored anymore

Hi! There’s a guy that I met and he asked for my number, but he barely texts. I decided to be honest with him about how I feel and he said he’s burnt out and hasn’t been communicating well with anyone. He apologized and said he can’t keep up rn. We have a date planned in a few days. I’m confused and don’t know if he’s calling it off or just saying he isn’t really available via phone. I’m conflicted on whether I should reply. I feel asking for clarification is like chasing and I don’t want to chase. I haven’t responded. I feel bad because I don’t like ghosting, but that’s what I’m doing. His response didn’t give me much of an explanation and he could’ve responded by improving communication, which he didn’t do. What should I do? Do I respond? Should I still meet him if he’s still open to that? We’ve only been talking for a week. Thanks in advance.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can’t stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I’m frustrated, and i don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can’t. I don’t know why I’m saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.

I have been in such a situation. My relationship ended about three years ago, but i could not let her go. So i had to do all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual adviser who helped me bring her back. We are back together, and i must say i am enjoying every moment.

The Ick is definitely a thing ladies/gents 🤢 We’ve slightly lost our natural human gut instincts and intuition… it’s there, don’t override it… listen, even if it’s only whispering to you❤️

Im always attracted to men out of my league. But women on the internet always says to date men below u, they think he’ll treat u better because you’re out of his league. To me its just sound like abandonement issues. But also i watch other dating coach that being attracted to men out of ur league is also bad. But if i go for random man below me that obvi im not attracted to will create further resentment and lack of respect for the man and im stuck in a miserable, loveless marriage. Im so confused which one do u think i should go for? I would love to date someone i admire, but i don’t think they will like me back
