really nice tip on the LFO controlling volume faders. I have been experimenting with generative music and ableton for about a year and really found myself diving deeper and deeper into that rabbit hole. It's a beautiful genre.

Just write long, slow un-synched automation/modulation curves into the midi clips instead.

nice! i found out that it could be better to map the lfo to the utility gain and not to the tracks volume

Sure, that’s a good idea too. Could help during the mix/master phase.

100% - Much less annoying when you want to tweak the levels for your final mix. Tbh, I saved my default session so that every audio/midi track automatically launches with an 'EQ8' and a 'Utility' on it......... Just a shame you can't save default return tracks too.

Love that soothing sound. Where can we download this Ableton session to experiment with other sounds?

thanks for the video, you use diferent instruments in each chanel?

Howdy, yes each track has a different instrument from the Ambient sounds list. I chose a few, but many others would have worked as well. Since posting that, I’ve realized that changing keys 2-3 times every 8-16 measures might have given the track more depth. Good Luck. - DJ Burgstarre
