Lately it feels like I hit a plateau, I stopped moving away from being a burden. But yer constantly giving me hope and motivation. I used to be a hard man living in Edmonton doing Steel fabrication fer 10 years. I wasn't always a good person and had two gears go-to at work and forget it all at home. Yer right this taught me a lot, mainly compassion and being humble and I am a better human fer it. So thankyou and btw the beard suits you.

I literally started tearing up watching this.... ❤ I'm 23 and have felt at times exactly how you described feeling at my age... Like this is the end. But watching your videos gives me confidence that I will get better, so long as I continue to put my health first and not give in! Luckily I have never been completely bedridden for longer than a week, and have been able to do some very gentle exercise recently which feels wonderful. Just want to say thank you for making these videos and sharing your stories with us.

Hi Miguel, Thank you for sharing your experience and recovery. I know you’re not a medical professional but from the people who have taken your course, do you think Dysautonomia falls under this same umbrella? Not only having pots symptoms but also urinary and bowel dysfunction among other symptoms. I’ve been to the ER several times and my ECG, full blood tests came back clear but my symptoms of feeling lightheadedness, very faint, not getting enough oxygen worsens over time The medical healthcare system isn’t great here and I can no longer go to ER cause it seems useless at this point. I feel my health is declining and I’m just at home as it happens. Reflecting back I realized since I was young I had some Dysautonomia type of symptoms but nothing severe or concerning until I turned 30. I’ve been watching your videos along with the work of Dr. Howard Schubiner trying my best to implement them to get better. I’ve also watched videos doctors saying Dysautonomia can be due to rare genetic factors and/or physical trauma.

Yeah recovery your slow process is right but all things are possible you can’t get better might not seem like you can but I put all things in prayer to my God, Jehovah, he has showed me that all things are possible with him. It takes time to heal and you might not ever be for recovery, but never give up on Hope because you never know you absolutely right don’t give up on Hope and keep thinking positive move ahead so happy to hear you got better, that is a blessing a blessing. Take care of your health.😁👍💕🌅🦋💕

You are really providing a great hope for people like me. I can't express in words. I have a doubt please help me. Is it necessary to take keto diet or low carb diet for recovery. Keto made my condition really worse. And now I am completely depending on my mother for my personal things. She can feed me only things like rice, egg, vegs, fish etc. Most of the time I am having rice. Is recovery possible with eating rice(carbs) mostly. Please reply.

Miguel, hi! I’m trying to tell myself “it’s just a nervous system” as you teach but it’s so unconvincing to my brain, it doesn’t feel like “just”… it’s been 7 years… there hasn’t been a single day with a clear head… I just don’t get if it’s mental why we just can’t get help from psychiatrists or neurologists? I mean if it’s so obvious that it a nervous system…. So many questions

Miguel I am hoping you can answer something for me. I had CFS hard core for a year and a half. I got myself back to 85% of where I was before I got ill. I was better for about 6 months and since then, the last year, I have been struggling again. Can you tell me what might have happened? Also I was curious do you come from a backgroud of childhood trauma? I find a lot of CFS folk do. I do. So I was curious. Forgive me if thats too personal a question.
