@KramFive there are two types of tracks, a 300m running track(not as commonly used), and a 400m track(the one in the video). She took two laps of the track. Quite simple math? According to your comment an entire circle of the track would be 200m which is never the case. It is always compromise a straight line and a semi circle.

Baby girl was not having it that day she KNOWS she is great and her ancestors were with her all the way! The focus and determination makes this iconic. She will be showing her grandkids this video at all the family parties. She's not even my child and I feel so proud.

It is like her head was riding on a rail. Very very little energy lost in vertical head movement, both her legs and arms were a flow of fluidity, no change in stride, just a fluid glide around the track, she had the site of the finish line only in her site!

She was the outlier amongst all the participants. Her p.b is about 15 seconds faster than everybody else. That's why she is put on the anchor leg. I love how she stayed relaxed and didn't try and catch up; She knows how quick she is. Great form. Long strides, high knees, shoulders relaxed.

I'm not sure "determiation" was the differential. The difference in level is huge. It looked more like a "walk in the park" for her.
