Your life doesnt prove anything bruh literal science proved static streches before high intensity or high volume movememts can cause injuries. Static streches are good to cool down afterwards.

@@universenerdd no you aren’t lol, you do both, but you do static for longer after a match or training, so players do static for 10 seconds each stretch, then before the game starts they do dynamic (the fast stretches) then after a game you do static for 30 seconds

You can do both my man. The static stretches I do an hour or so before the game. The dynamic stretches/warm up I do 15-30 mins before the game...

ah yes lets do some dynamic stretches straight away and pull a muscle even quicker, static stretches are what are needed to start otherwise muscles are a lot more likely to tear

By dynamic stretching, they should be calling it a dynamic warm-up. Dynamic or ballistic stretching is not an efficient way to prepare as cold tissues have a lower fracture point and are more likely to be injured by rapid movements. Dynamic stretching introduces circulation at low enough tension that the fracture point is shifted.

That’s not why. Being sore after games is form lactic acid which builds up when you run and jump for a long time. Static stretching actually good after games to release lactic acid and make you not as dore

Yes, static stretching release's and calms down fluids in your muscles that cause cramps, and it improves recovery. When doing dynamic stretches its gets the fluids moving and ready for high intensity movements
