You are probably correct. Hopefully you won't have problems with brass. Nice looking Rifle!

BAB. Good video. Interesting results with the steel ammo. I have a Savage Axis .223 that steel ammo would hang up in as well, don't believe that I looked at the cases that close at that time to see if any were cracked. Thanks for sharing and take care.

I have a 223 in the savage axis and I shot a full box of 20rds through it when I first got it I don't notice anything hanging up on it, it actually shot pretty good for cheap ammo

@@boltactionballistics Thanks. I appreciate your reply. For my gun I gave up and switched to brass only. I have another gun where the steel runs fine.

Hopefully it’s just the ammo but I would really do some measuring to make sure that chamber is good. The case failure could be dangerous and I personally wouldn’t shoot that.

Yeah I'm not going to shoot any more of these metal cases, I just figured to use a box of cheap ammo to get the gun somewhat sighted in and then go on to the Hornady black ammo

Well I was looking at the Howa oryx, little nicer stock on them but they are right around $1000 and this one is pretty much just a cheaper version of it called Howa mini exl light and was $300 cheaper than the oryx.
