Pretty simple bits of kit, i dont think we have replaced a part in these clutches for 2 years!
Undo the nut on the end of the shaft, slide the spring out and the friction disk with the rest of the clutch, use break cleaner to clean it all off (wear gloves and a mask when handling break cleaner).
Clean the shaft and pinion, use grease on the pinion (two stop blades) then a VERY slight amount of oil on the shaft and inside the pinion gear, pop your thrust washer on then the pinion gear lining up the cut out and the groove.
Put the inside clutch casing on with a light amount of grease on the edges and the stop blade. Make sure that the friction disk is clean and anything that touches it is bone dry. Then put the outer casing on with the spring. Tighten her down and thats pretty much it.
If your pins get stuck in the 10 pin bay then the spring is too loose if they get stuck in the 7 pin slot then it's too tight.
Easy.
