They took out the nightlight function. Bought it seeing all the reviews saying it has one. Turns out they “upgraded” it.

Does it make any dripping/bubbling noises while on?

I would say it's pretty quiet while running. It does the odd bubble when it reloads the water from the tank, but I've not really noticed it

Excellent review Northern Soul!! I appreciated you showing how big the tank is. I have a humidifier now, but I am constantly filling it and have just recently developed a white dust problem, even though it has a filter which is for preventing that. I'm on the hunt for a new kind. Again, thanks. P.S. I didn't catch the Canadian thing until I clicked the link and saw Amazon.ca. Love the accent, not so obvious on this video, but on others very strong. 5.5 Liters = 1.45 gallons. :o) Wade

Thanks for the comment! I used to get the white powder as well but hey, it was the 80's, all the cool kids, am I right? All kidding aside, try using Distilled water only. problem solved!

@@NorthernSoul Oh, the '80's....(sigh)..I didn't sleep for 3 days during those "dusty" moments. I do know that distilled water works, yet I will go through 2 gallons a day. It isn't expensive, just the aggravation of getting it home, or better yet, having it delivered by a water service. Right now, I am using Mavea (like Brita system) water and then my humidifier has a filter that is intended to prevent white dust which it does not. By filtering tap water twice, it has made things less cloudy. My other option is to get a steam humidifier, but I've had one catch on fire........and they are a b@tch to clean. I love CA btw. P.s. The fox hat is you.
