An Eastern Cape community is building a wooden bridge so they access the outside world. Upper Tsitsana villagers in Mount Fetcher have to cross the Tsitsana river to get to schools, clinics and the neighbouring villages. They had given up on government's promise to help them so they collected R50 from community members to buy building material. But they've run out of funds so the building has come to a halt for now.
