Compared with your other portfolios in Cyprus, Switzerland etc, I would say the Oxford prospects are directed at those who have a professional reason for living there, whereas the other countries is more motivated by lifestyle options. It's still interesting to review in any case.

Oxford is a very local market. But for investors interested in housing in England, it's a great location with a lot of potential and high demand for new build homes.

True, albeit in general across UK, the market is suited and the demand is driven by domestic British buyers mostly. London and Edinburgh are the exceptions. Whereas, Cyprus and Switzerland rely heavily on international/European demand.
