I did my first 30 days on strict carnivore, and now today starting my lion diet. Eliminating eggs. If this continues to go well for the next 30 days, I'll continue on lion indefinitely! 🦁 But I can't take the credit for doing strict carnivore entirely on my own bcuz I could never do it before until I started drinking homemade electrolyte water daily. That water was the missing link that turned the carnivore diet around for me and did two things simultaneously. 1) It murdered my cravings for fruit. I don't want nothing but meat, salt, and water. And it all tastes insanely good to me. And 2) It restored my ability to sleep, so I'm no longer up all night snacking and weight loss is the result. 1 tsp of potassium chloride and 2 tsp of food-grade Epsom Salt in a 1/2 gallon jug of water is how I do it. I have been putting in some fresh squeezed lemon juice for flavor, but now I'm a just try the electrolyte water plain and see if I can hack the taste. Peeps, please make your own electrolyte water, and do not buy any of that pre-made stuff.

Hello! Good question. Maybe cut the butter for a week or two and try reintroducing it, or use a different fat source

Strict high fat carnivore. Meat, fish, eggs, butter. Minimal (if any) dairy. Weight training, sprints, walking at least 5 days a week. Total body enhancement machine 5 days a week as well. Let's go!!

Joining!!! I love a good challenge: lost 10 pounds in March, down to 218. Goal is to hit 200 even by May 31st! I weight lift 5 to 6 days a week and walk for 30 minutes a day weather permitting (I popped my knee out of joint Friday night so I’m on hold for walking and leg day until the swelling goes down!).
