Here is another week in my life working from home, trying to lose weight eating at a calorie deficit.
I do workouts on the Peloton and on Bodi (formerly Beachbody)
I currently have my calories set to 1847 per day (12929) - this was set by the Real Loss Boss back in January and is higher as I want to lose weight slowly and because I need to fuel my workouts.
