Today I share my thoughts and opinions on the new model of IMs DC Nuvo skim, is the hype real?
Also I mention how I’ve had my personal success with bio pellets in a nano reef tank and how it has helped me in my journey with this tank for the last 2 1/2 years!
PS, (correction on Po4 (phosphate) levels in video are incorrect) actual level of Po4 is 1ppm

BLUE TANG DISCLAIMER:
My blue tang has been in this nano for two years as of now 12/26/18
Ive had a lot of experience with baby tangs and if I could share some good advice it would be to NOT get a baby tang in your nano system, unless you understand their behaviors and have a future plan for them.
There are all sorts of factors, too much to explain here, but just to name a few.
-having an ideal amount of tank mates/ideal species that don't pose a territorial threat.
-a good amount of space to swim in random flow along with lots of areas to hide & @ the same time.
-having a back up plan to when the tang gets too big for comfort is a must.
-For myself, my intentions were to get this tang a new home by the time it reached 2.5" of length. (which btw, recently happened:D )
That being said, it's time for a new home! which happens to be this Nuvo INT 75g build you see in my recent posts
