The CEO of Singapore Airlines is speaking out after a Flight 321 hit extreme turbulence on Tuesday, launching passengers out of their seats. One man died and dozens of others were left seriously injured. An airport official says the passenger who died suffered from a heart condition. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
