Professor Stinger is so wise. It's amazing how much archeology discover in the last 20 years, in 2000 "there was no" homo floresiensis, homo denisovans, dragon man, homo luzonensis, we haven't see neandertal and denisovans genes in us as we see now which confirms interbreeding... in the next 20 years, things will become much more clear.

I would love to see a good analysis of the Talgai and Cossack skulls from Australia. Talgai in particular has a robust but modern H sapiens face with an elongated skull somewhat similar to neanderthal or erectus. Are they within the range of recent and modern Australians? Was Talgai deformed or poorly reconstructed? Is there evidence of skull binding or similar cultural practices that could have resulted in the low forehead, long skull shape? This is a very culturally sensitive area of study in Australia which could explain the lack of attention to these specimens

Great talk! When can we get our hands on a scan of the skull for 3D printing?

I think it is a Denisovan, but in true scientific fashion I have no proof.

Disappointing that so often archaeologists are guilty of anti-Russian racism, more especially since the western proxy-war in ucraine. The Harbin skull is described as coming from China, but the Denisova cave is almost always located in Siberia. I even saw a video where, I think it may have been Svante Paabo, he located the cave to:- "....southern Siberia, on the border with Kazakhstan"
