In today’s video, I show you a NEW follow along stretch routine for motocross riders. This is the exact routine I use every day here at Millsaps Training Facility, from our youngest amateurs to our top professionals.
Let’s face it. Everyone knows they should stretch, but they don't always know what to do. Having a solid stretch and mobility routine that you do every day will increase the chances of you walking away without any major injuries.
This stretching routine is made for motocross riders and stretches the specific muscles that get tight and sore from riding. I also put the foam rolling and stretching into one video so that every time you go to stretch, you can just pull up the video and follow along, start to finish!
I would recommend going through this routine first thing in the morning, or right before you ride.
